Open Question: I was going to Youtube, and was taken to a "Thank You" Survey?

When I typed in the address, I was taken to a page that had a survey on it. It seemed legit at the time. So, I answered 3 small questions, and entered an email address. When it went to a different questionnaire asking more questions, that's when I got the red flag. I admit it was stupid to even start answering anything, but I am hoping I got out before it ruins anything. I heard that the Wii is pretty safe as far as browsing online things, and reasonably safe from virus/malware. Should I worry that something like that is on my Wii? I haven't been using the internet on my Wii that long so I am not too knowledgeable with that, like I am with a computer. I heard some things just send spam to your email you provided, and even though that's annoying, I can deal with that. I just want to make sure I don't need to worry about something being on my Wii, and I'm kinda paranoid to go online on the Wii now.Answer Question

The chances of a drive-by infection designed for Wii on a webpage is really remote.
