Open Question: youtube does not run smoothly!?

Member since:May 21, 2011Total points:95 (Level 1)i have a dell laptop with windows 7 on it i also have loads of memory space free and when i try to view a youtube video it starts and stops! the video loads fast its just when i play the video :( i have updated flash player. im using google chrome and safari. HELP!Answer Question
