Open Question: Youtube SME Music Copyright?
Think about it like this. Say you made a product. For example ... A video on how to do a hairstyle. Infact it became so popular you were able to sell it. An you were making money.
Now someone else decided to reshoot your video but instead of you as the actor, they played your part and they did it for free. Now they simply put a disclaimer "Not intenteded copyright infringment" How would you feel? They aren't distributing your video directly but just replacing it. You would loose money and be angry too.
Since your distributing someone elses product [Music] for free. You are still performing copyright infringment. What you can do is search online for Free Loops. Or find a free synthesizer and make your own music.
