But buffering is a form of downloading.
so can you get caught if you download youtube videos using a youtube downloader?
can they tell that you are downloading it to you hard drive and not buffering?Answer Question

Even if you pirate movies every day its not like your going to get into trouble. There have only ever been a handful of people arrested for pirating and all of them were involved in the distributing of stuff eg owning the websites.
