Open Question: Can your Youtube or your ISP tell the difference between buffering and downloading youtube videos?

But buffering is a form of downloading.
so can you get caught if you download youtube videos using a youtube downloader?
can they tell that you are downloading it to you hard drive and not buffering?Answer Question

Even if you pirate movies every day its not like your going to get into trouble.
