Open Question: How do I delete my browsing and Google search history?

When I type something in on the bar at the top of the screen suggestions for previous websites and searches. It's getting annoying how many times I try it it won't go away. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or need to do differently. What the hell do I do?Shut the hell up with the retarded feed back. I'm pawning the computer and I'm clearing everything.
