It is nothing that will happen over night to start off with this answer. It takes time, depending on how much time you are willing to put into it though. There are alot of companies you could hire to do this, like mine, but it really just boils down to puttpositiveposititve stuff about you online. Go to wikipedia and find a list of social networks, create accounts and start networking. The more stuff there is about you the more stuff comes up on a google seach and eventually, if no one else says bad stuff about you, it will get pushed to the second and third page. Videos are very powerful as well. I had a news report about me and after two years of doing this by accident its on the third page. If you put some time into it, it should only take you about three months.
