Open Question: Printing in Explorer vs Chrome?

Ok I'm having a very weird issue printing out of Google Chrome. At one time I wasn't having this issue at all. It seemed to have appeared from nowhere. I'm not having this problem when printing the exact same documents in Explorer. Hopefully someone can figure it out for me.

The document I'm printing is a PDF of our company timesheets from an online application (obviously). The problem is the header is being printed out in all black from Chrome. I noticed that when the employees print their own timesheets out they don't have the blackened out headers that I'm getting from Chrome. I know I know the simple solution would be to just print them from Explorer instead of Chrome but Explorer is a little slower than Chrome is which is why I would rather try to figure the problem out than switch. I'm not sure what details I can provide you to help you figure out the problem, so if you need any let me know and I will update you about every half an hour or so. I believe you will be able to edit your answers once you read my updates.
