Realistically, very little can be done. In this specific instance--you may be able to get the site to remove the photos but this will not solve the possibility that this issue will occur again.

The best advice I can offer you: is something intangible. You will have to learn to accept that this issue is Chronic and may always be in the background. Your sense of Positive Self Esteem will have to be based on who you are a person NOW and not on the mistakes of the Past. You will have to develop a certain amount of Insensitivity to having been seen naked by your brother and other family members as well knowing you may be seen by people you will come to know in the future. Equally, you will encounter teasing, judgmental, rude and insensitive comments and it will be necessary to develop "thick hide". Learn to let that stuff bounce off.

This is will not be easy but I believe that you will learn to cope over time. We have all made unwise decisions therefore you are in the majority.
