I was banned from the site for calling an admin a sarcastic asshole. He was really being a sarcastic asshole and not helping with the problem I was having, at all. Gave me back handed comments telling me that I should know more about my computer than what I did.

I don't know if there is any Support info or an email I can contact, but I would greatly appreciate anyone helping me out here.
