Open Question: What does Accept or Pickup(by carrier) mean in Ups? I sent a package?
and it says this:
Manifest Ack, Jun-20-11, 18:43 PM, NY,
Accept or Pickup(by carrier), Jun-20-11, 14:08 PM, NY,
Can someone explain this to me.
I went on the site and don't clearly understand. It says the carrier will pickup with your regular mail. But I'm trying to send the item.
